What is the price range on the products based on?
The price of each toilet is dependent on the location that the customer would like to order it to. There are five basic regions with two price variations and depending on that, the monthly price and the one-time delivery fee will vary.
How much in advance can I order a toilet?
To order on our website, a toilet must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. If you would like to order a toilet for use in less than 24 hours, you can reach out to us by phone at 415.888.1008 or 415.888.1108.
How often are the restrooms serviced?
Once a week servicing comes with the purchase of the toilet. If you would like to receive servicing more frequently than that, you can select how many times you would like additional servicing on the product page. Each additional service costs $30.00. We will space his services accordingly. For example, if a you would like 3 additional services and you are renting the toilet for 3 weeks, we will come down to service your toilet 1 additional time each week- totaling 2 times a week.
How often will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged once, up front at the booking time for the entire duration of your potty rental.
How do I schedule a pickup for my toilet when I am finished with it?
We will come pick up your toilet on the selected end date that you chose on the product page when ordering the toilet.
How many toilets do I need?
That depends on the amount of employees. 1 - 10 employees need 1 toilet. 11 - 20 employees need 2 toilets. 21 - 30 employees need 3 toilets. 31 - 40 employees need 4 toilets. Each additional ten employees need an additional toilet.
What does the insurance cover?
Our limited insurance provides coverage for up to $200 of accidental damage per unit. You are responsible for any damages exceeding this limit.

What if the potty is damaged during the rental?
In the event of damage, we work diligently to assess the cost based on repair or replacement value, considering industry standards and the specific extent of the damage. We encourage open communication during this process to ensure a fair and transparent resolution.
